The Viking ship we are building will sail on Tyrifjorden in 2025.
The idea sprouted from a similar project in Tønsberg, where the Oseberg ship was reconstructed in 2012. Hardraade’s vision is to create a vibrant platform that celebrates Norwegian Viking history, craftsmanship, and culture. And we are recreating the ship using traditional building methods.
